Sales Executive

Role Description

We are dedicated to revolutionizing the sports landscape in India through innovative Software as a Service
(SaaS)solution. Founded by a team of tech enthusiasts and sports lovers, our mission is to empower athletes, coaches,
and sports organizations with cutting-edge tools that enhance performance, streamline management, and foster community
engagement.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to help us with the sales activities and be at the forefront of customer
interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify the potential customers and partnership
  • Pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals and
    social media.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences,
    and pain points.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in sports events and set up booth
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts,
    leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Past experience of selling software products is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the products and services being sold, including features,
    benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business
    environments.
  • Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Must be open to visit sports shops, sports academies, coaches, societies etc.

Experience: 1 Year
Work Location & Hours:

  • Location – Pune
  • We have flexible work hours with hybrid working model
  • Monday through Saturday
  • Sunday will be working in case of event participation and comp off can be taken in the subsequent week.
