1. Service-Based Engagements :

Our services, including website development, application development, consulting, automation solutions, digital marketing, and related professional services, are generally offered on a project-based or customized engagement model. Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, refunds are subject to the terms below.

2. Advance Payments :
  • Advance or initial payments made for project confirmation, planning, design, or resource allocation are generally non-refundable.
  • Work on the project begins only after confirmation and receipt of agreed advance payment.
3. Cancellation by Client :
  • Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice.
  • Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the stage of the project and work completed.
  • Any completed work, design efforts, consultation hours, development work, or third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.
4. Refund Eligibility :

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Payment processed incorrectly due to technical error
  • Service could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Nimblemindz Technologies

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Services :

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed project work
  • Design and branding services
  • Logo design and creative work
  • Digital marketing services already executed
  • Content creation, SEO, and social media activities already delivered
  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party subscriptions
  • Custom software or application development work already initiated
6. Subscription or SaaS Products :

For subscription-based platforms or SaaS products:

  • Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once activated.
  • Cancellation requests will stop future billing cycles where applicable.
  • Access may continue until the end of the active subscription period.
7. Third-Party Charges :

Payments made towards third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, software licenses, domain registrations, advertisements, or external tools are non-refundable.

8. Project Delays :

Refunds or cancellations will not apply in cases where project delays occur due to:

  • Delayed approvals or feedback from the client
  • Incomplete content or required information
  • Changes in scope during execution
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or integrations
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes :

Clients are encouraged to contact Nimblemindz Technologies directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
