Your Journey Could Inspire Someone

Whether you’re just starting your sporting journey or have represented your country — your voice matters. Tell us what sport has taught you, how it’s shaped you, or the habits that helped you grow. We feature athletes and sports enthusiasts of all levels, because every story fuels someone’s motivation.

🎥 Video & Content Guidelines

You don’t need a fancy setup — just your phone and your story!
We want to hear you, in your own words — real, honest, and from the heart.

Before You Start
  • Find a quiet spot — maybe near the pool, your home, or academy.
  • Make sure there’s enough light so your face is clearly visible.
  • Ask a friend, parent, or coach to hold the phone or just keep it steady on a chair or table.
When You Record
  • Keep your phone sideways (horizontal) — that’s best for YouTube.
  • Speak slowly and clearly — imagine you’re talking to a fellow swimmer.
  • No need to be perfect! We want real stories, not rehearsed ones.
  • Video length: 1–3 minutes is great.
If you want, you can add:
  • A few seconds of you swimming or training.
  • Or just a clip showing your pool or academy.
Quick Tips
  • Smile and be yourself
  • Keep background sounds (like music or chatter) low.
  • You can wear your swim T-shirt or tracksuit — whatever feels natural.
  • Don’t worry about editing — just send us the full clip as it is!

Question Prompts For Your Story Video

You don’t need to answer all — just pick the ones that resonate with you. Speak naturally, like you’re talking to a junior athlete.

Section 1: Introduction
  • What’s your name, age, and where are you from?
  • How did you first get into swimming? Who inspired or encouraged you?
Section 2: Your Journey
  • What has sports taught you as a person — in or beyond the pool?
  • What’s one challenge you’ve faced in your journey, and how did you overcome it?
  • Who or what keeps you motivated to train and improve?
  • What habits or routines help you perform your best? (Example: sleep, diet, mental prep, journaling, etc.)
    Section 3: Reflections
    • What’s your most memorable athletes moment so far?
    • What’s one piece of advice or message you’d like to share with upcoming players?
    • How do you see sports evolving in India — and how can platforms like SwimProHub Swimmer360° help swimmers like you?
    • If you had to describe sports in one word or one sentence — what would it be?
    Section 4: Closing
    • End with a thank-you or a short message to the sports community (optional).
